Technical Support Team Leader Oxfordshire Salary Up to 32k Great Company Benefits
As an IT Technical Support Team Leader you will lead a team of IT Technical Support Analysts, promoting cohesive team working while providing technical support as the first point of contact to customers of this software company. Experience and skills needed.
Essential: Experience of leading a team within a call centre or IT environment Experience of supporting customers within an IT environment Experience of working to defined levels of service delivery Mentoring experience within a team Experience of resolving team conflict Experience of providing regular staff performance reviews
To be successful in this role, you will need to: Have excellent customer service skills Be able to balance time and resources across multiple teams while maintaining service levels Be numerate and IT literate Have team management and leadership skills Be accurate and have an eye for detail
